Tove Rasmussen founded and leads Portland, Maine based Partners Creating Growth, which works with organizations to create beneficial development for the organizations and the communities around them. In addition, at the University of Southern Maine, University of New England, and Southern Maine Community College, Tove Rasmussen teaches economics and business courses, including with project-based learning.
